T&Cs 

Bookings
All bookings and orders must be confirmed with full payment upfront. We are unable to hold dates without a confirmed booking.


Cancellations/Changes
We are unable to process cancellations. For any changes regarding your delivery or order, please contact us via email.


Returns 

We do not accept returns of any products due to all items being perishable. If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please notify us within 1 hour of delivery so we can provide a replacement or refund. Photos of the defective or incorrect items will be required.


Produce
As our produce and garnishes are sourced weekly and can be seasonal, they are subject to availability and substitutions. Although the majority of our menus are fixed, there may be changes season to season. We may also face supplier issues at times, and so cannot guarantee each and every product, such as figs, edible flowers and honeycomb. We will always use an alternative or use more of another product to compensate. 


Food Handling 
Please keep all products chilled upon receipt and consume on the same day. If food is left unrefrigerated for more than 4 hours, it is the customer’s responsibility to dispose of it in accordance with UK food safety standards. By accepting our terms and conditions, you agree to discard any food after this time. Nibble & Bite cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from consumption of food beyond this period.


Allergies

Please note that we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free of traces of the main 16 allergens listed below: celery, cereals containing gluten (including wheat, rye, barley and oats), crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites.
